Consent text
By submitting an application in the Telegram bot @OutrunMedia_Bot, I freely and in my own interest give Outrun Media FZCO (Outrun Media brand) consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
What data
- Name and country of residence.
- Telegram username and account ID.
- Answers to application questions and screening correspondence.
- Referral source tag: site button, UTM tag.
What for
Reviewing my application, running screening, replying to my application and — if cooperation begins — organizing training.
What may be done with the data
Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer to services required for the purposes above (Telegram, hosting), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without automation.
Duration
This consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 12 months from submitting the application if cooperation did not begin, or until consent is withdrawn.
How to withdraw
You can withdraw consent at any time by messaging the bot @OutrunMedia_Bot or the manager @Outrun_Manager. We'll stop processing and delete the data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Confirmation
By submitting the application, I confirm that I am 18 or older, that I provided the data myself and that it is accurate, and that I have read the privacy policy.
