Partnership and payout terms

How we screen beginners, how onboarding works, how profit is calculated and when payouts arrive. Plain language first, formal wording where it matters.

In short: training is free, and onboarding runs on the company's budget until your first profitable launch. After that you run your own budget in your own ad account and keep 70–90% of the profit. Payouts every 3 days. The company never takes money from buyers.

1. General

These terms describe the cooperation between Outrun Media (Outrun Media FZCO, the "Company") and an individual who has passed screening (the "Buyer").

Cooperation begins once the Buyer has passed screening and confirmed acceptance of these terms in a Telegram chat with the Company. The chat constitutes the written form of the parties' agreements. Individual terms agreed in writing take precedence over this document.

Cooperation is not employment: the Buyer chooses when and where to work and is solely responsible for paying taxes on their income under the laws of their country.

2. Definitions

  • Onboarding — the training period in which the Company provides the ad budget.
  • Offer — an advertiser's product or service for which a reward is paid per target action.
  • Setup — a combination of offer, GEO, traffic source, angle and creative.
  • Revenue — rewards for confirmed target actions on offers.
  • Spend — the amount spent on ads in the Buyer's ad account.
  • Profit — Revenue minus Spend for the settlement period.
  • Personal account — the Buyer's account where Revenue from their campaigns is credited.
  • Settlement period — 3 calendar days.

3. Screening

Screening happens in writing only: an application in the Telegram bot @OutrunMedia_Bot. You get the result within 24 hours of submitting the application.

We hire beginners with no traffic arbitrage experience. Requirements: 18 or older, able to commit 4+ hours a day, a computer and stable internet. The Company may decline a candidate; on request we'll briefly explain why.

Screening, training and cooperation are free for the Buyer. The Company charges no fee for screening, training, or access to offers or materials.

4. Onboarding

  • The ad budget during onboarding is provided and paid for by the Company.
  • The Buyer's share during onboarding is 0%: it is training, and all profit and losses from these launches belong to the Company.
  • The Buyer never reimburses the Company, even if launches lose money.
  • Onboarding lasts until the first profitable launch — a launch run under the agreed plan whose confirmed Revenue exceeded Spend over an agreed period of at least 3 days.
  • The maximum onboarding period is 60 days from the first launch. If there's no profitable launch by then, the Company in writing either extends onboarding (by up to 30 days at a time) or ends it — with no obligations or payments for either side.
  • The Company's budget is spent strictly under the budget rules.

Onboarding can end early: by the Buyer's decision at any time — no penalties, no obligations; or by the Company's decision — if tasks go undone for a long time or budget rules are broken. The Company communicates its decision in writing and explains the reason.

Once the criteria are met, the Company confirms the promotion within 5 business days after month-end; the new share applies from the first settlement period of the following month. The Company may refuse a promotion only for a breach of the working rules and must explain the reason in writing. A Team lead's share of their group's profit is fixed in writing upon promotion.

6. Working on your own budget

After onboarding, the Buyer runs traffic on their own budget — in their own ad account. The Buyer decides how much to spend; the Company may recommend test volumes but never requires specific spending.

The Company never accepts money from the Buyer: no collateral, deposits, subscriptions, "platform top-ups" or "transfers into work". If anyone asks you to send money on behalf of Outrun Media, it's a scam. Report it via the bot.

7. Profit calculation

Profit = Revenue − Spend for the settlement period.

  • Revenue counts target actions confirmed by the advertiser or affiliate program. Rejected actions are excluded.
  • If an affiliate program holds actions for review, their Revenue counts in the settlement period in which they are confirmed.
  • Spend is taken from the Buyer's ad account data. The Buyer confirms Spend with screenshots or exports from the account.
  • If Profit for a period is negative, the Company's share is zero and the Buyer owes the Company nothing.

8. Payouts

  • Revenue from the Buyer's campaigns is credited to their Personal account.
  • Payouts are made every 3 days. Payout amount = the Buyer's Spend + the Buyer's share of Profit for the settlement period.
  • Method — the Buyer's choice: USDT or bank card. The Buyer provides payout details in writing and is responsible for their accuracy.
  • Every payout comes with a breakdown: Revenue, Spend, Profit, the Buyer's share.
  • If the Buyer disagrees with a breakdown, they raise it in chat within 3 days — the Company rechecks the numbers and replies in writing.

9. What each party does

The Company

  • Trains the Buyer and provides the budget during onboarding.
  • Provides offers, setups, creatives and tools: tracker, spy tools, analytics.
  • Supports the Buyer in chat and reviews their launches in writing.
  • Makes payouts on time, with a breakdown.

The Buyer

  • Follows the laws of their country of residence and of the countries where ads are shown, and the rules of ad platforms.
  • Follows the budget rules and sends daily reports.
  • Reports Spend honestly and doesn't distort statistics.
  • Doesn't share the Company's materials with third parties.

10. Prohibited

  • Fraud: bots, fake traffic, incentivized traffic, self-purchases, data tampering.
  • Misleading advertising, including claims of medical effects in Nutra.
  • Advertising goods or services prohibited in the country where ads are shown.
  • Using the Company's materials outside of cooperation with it.

Revenue from actions obtained in breach of these rules is not paid out. In case of a breach, the Company may end cooperation.

11. Confidentiality

Setups, offers and rates, creatives, training materials and team chats are the Company's confidential information. The Buyer doesn't share them with third parties during or after cooperation.

12. Risks

Traffic arbitrage carries a risk of loss. The Company doesn't guarantee income. Calculation examples on the site are illustrations, not earnings promises. On their own budget, the Buyer bears the risk of their Spend. The Company is not responsible for actions of ad platforms and affiliate programs: ad account bans, rule or rate changes.

13. Ending cooperation

Either party can end cooperation at any time by saying so in chat. Final settlement happens in the next scheduled payout; Revenue from actions on hold is paid out once confirmed.

14. Changes to these terms

The Company may change these terms by notifying Buyers in chat at least 7 days in advance. Changes are not retroactive and don't affect Revenue already credited.

15. Contacts

Questions about these terms — via the Telegram bot @OutrunMedia_Bot. After an application is approved, the Buyer is guided by the manager @Outrun_Manager. The Company has no other channels for communicating with buyers.
