Budget rules

During onboarding you spend the company's money, then your own. The rules are the same either way: a plan before launch, limits, reports, no gut-feel decisions.

1. The company's budget during onboarding

  • A plan before launch. Every launch is agreed with your team lead in writing: offer, GEO, source, creatives, daily limit and stop rule.
  • Limits. Your team lead sets the daily and per-launch limits. You can't exceed them, even if the campaign "is doing well".
  • Stop rule. The condition for switching a campaign off is written down before launch — for example, cost per lead above target by a set percentage after a set spend.
  • Changes only after approval. Raising the budget or changing an offer or creative happens after your team lead replies in chat.
  • Daily report. Spend, key metrics and account screenshots — in the chat by the end of your day.
  • Access. The ad account and tools issued by the company remain its property and are used only for its launches. Access is returned when onboarding ends.
  • Work only. The company's budget can't be spent on your own projects, third-party offers or personal purposes.

Breaking these rules is grounds for ending onboarding. A beginner's mistake is not a breach: if a launch loses money under the agreed plan, that's part of training and the company covers the spend.

2. Your own budget

After your first profit, you run your own budget — in your own ad account. It's your money and your decision how much to spend. The company gives recommendations but never requires specific spending.

What we recommend

  • Start with small tests and scale only confirmed setups.
  • Set a stop rule before launch, not after the first loss.
  • Don't scale on one day of data: raise the budget in steps, e.g. 20–30% a day.
  • Keep a reserve: never put your last money into ads.
  • Reconcile Spend in your ad account and tracker every day.

What's mandatory

  • Report Spend honestly and back it up with screenshots or exports — your payout depends on it.
  • Follow ad platform rules and the laws of the countries where ads are shown.
  • Don't share the team's setups and materials with third parties.

Distorting Spend or statistics is grounds for ending cooperation.

3. Safety: how to tell us from scammers

Outrun Media never asks you to send money. Not during onboarding, not later, not under any pretext: "collateral", "deposit", "insurance", "account activation", "platform top-up", "contribution to a shared budget".

  • Our only official contacts are the bot @OutrunMedia_Bot and the manager @Outrun_Manager.
  • We don't call and don't suggest calls.
  • We never ask for SMS codes, ad account passwords, or access to your wallets and cards.
  • If anyone on behalf of Outrun Media asks for money or access — don't send anything and report it via the bot.

4. Reports

The daily report is short and to the point:

  • Spend and Revenue for the day for each campaign.
  • Key metrics: CTR, CR, cost per target action.
  • What you did and why: what you switched off, scaled, or are testing.
  • Screenshots from the ad account and tracker.

The report is the basis of your team lead's written review. Without it, no review is possible.
